I was backpacking with some girlfriends a few weeks ago and came down a mountain pass that dropped us into unreal Forget-Me-Not territory! It was absolutely gorgeous, with these wildflowers reaching past my hips for as far as the eyes could see. These lil' gals were proudly displaying the amount of sunshine they'd been given this June, and seemed to relish in our swishing between them, a trailside forest of TALL Forget-me-nots! I wished I had a photo to prove it, but sometimes...the technology is buried so far deep in your pack it's just not worth the dig. So I'll remember this with my eyeballs instead, and will continue to make you flowers so you can experience that gorgeous day in the woods, too.
