I knew right when I bought these from Merlin @windywayrockshop EXACTLY where these stones were headed...they just scream Lupine!
Charioite is such a wild stone, a very mercurial and shiny bright Purple with swirls of magic through the whole stone. I've 'drawn' lupine silhouettes by piercing out the backplate with my trusty jewelers saw...freehand! OOAK for sure, friends, as piercing is one of my favorite but also most painstakingly SLOW jewelry processes in the shop.
THIS PARTICULAR PIECE: The Oval(ish)! She has a piercing out the back of one lupine tucked around my signature coin. Necklace is hung on a gorgeous 18" rope chain and two jump rings as bail. Entire piece has dark patina with a brushed matte finish. This Charioite is mesmerizing! Measures 1 3/8" from double ring bail to bottom of stone, and 1 1/8" wide.
