Plumeria Earrings, with dangles of stone I wanted to feel like ocean and tropical air on your skin. Can you taste the salt?!
I've kept these stones close to my chest, as they really are some of the most unique cabochons I have. Petrified Wood with Blue Opal makes for one helluva stone. These are no exception! Rare materials, and soft, so please. These are your 'dress up' earrings, not your surfing earrings!
Fabricated in Sterling and Fine Silver, post style earrings, with cut-out backplates to expose the radiance of these stones from their back as well as the front. I'm in awe of this color and pattern. My signature coin is on each earring back. THESE EARRINGS ARE SOLD AS IS AT A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF THEIR DAMAGE TO ONE STONE. PLEASE SEE BELOW ON AS IS WORK. I have added photography here that depicts the damage, some of which I could hide in the backplate. When setting this stone, I felt a crushing and then my heart sank. I had broken the back of one cabochon, and a small hunk of the white on the back of one cab can be seen missing in the close up photos. As far as I can tell, the damage is not through the stone's entirety, although that may change with the life of the piece, but I hope you find these stunning, and wearable, and for a discounted price with caveats, I'm willing to let them off into the world. They are not perfect. They may need repair in the future. Please know this is part of AS IS offers, which are rare, but happen.
Earrings measure just over 2 1/4" long, 12mm at her widest stone, and 18mm across the Plumeria studs.
OOAK for early summer 2025.

***AS IS WORK*** is something I sometimes offer, when things go sideways in the studio but I still feel like the piece could be yours, for a discount. This kind of work is rare, and includes things like stones that may have cracked or discolored during setting, dropped on the way out of the studio, a slightly marred or scratched silver finish that can't be reworked, or a crooked setting not noticed until photography. These are just a few examples, but handmade jewelry can run the gamut of funky quirks and mistakes. This 'AS IS' work will ALWAYS be clearly labeled as such in the listing, and is offered at a lower price than it would usually retail for, due to the flaws or defects detailed in the listing, and this piece IS FINAL SALE. I only offer this when I feel like the mistake on my part may not bother you, the customer, and is still a quality item to offer. Obviously this is a judgement call on my part, and on yours. I hope you trust me in saying that I offer only products I stand behind, but you are purchasing a flawed piece that may need love in the future, including glue or a complete re-work, and you will be paying for any extra work in the future this piece may need.
