An ode to whipping winds at the edges of forests brave enough to bare it. Inspired by the big sky of central Montana this hunting season. In shitty boots.
Pendant is a GORGEOUS hunk of Chinese Turquoise I've been kicking around for literally years, and I'm so excited to have found it a home here. I've pierced a scraggly Pine silhouette on the backplate to expose the awesome matrix of this stone, the tree reminiscent of the wind-whipped fellows we hiked through this hunting season high above the central Montana plains.
Mustard Yellow seed beads strung with 14k gold fill accents and more Chinese Turquoise. Sterling Silver lobster clasp and extender chain so piece can wear up to 22" long. At her shortest, she lays at 19". Pendant measures 2 1/2" from top of bail to bottom of pendant. I like the idea of wearing the stone out, OR the tree.
My heart and signature coin are on the back. OOAK for Winter 2023.
