THE sweetest round of very nice high-quality Lone Mountain Turquoise, set in fine silver on a chunky and extra-thick sterling backplate that I milled and reclaimed from scrap here in my studio.
Entire face measures 18mm x 19mm. This stone is natural, meaning it may change in color, darkening with time. Natural stones are porous, no fillers or stabilization processes, and so they tend to soak up their surroundings, like lotions, potions, chlorine, hot springs, and sweat. Be aware of this when doing life!
FITS LIKE A US Size 8 on a 'Crazy-8' style shank at 3.25 mm wide. These ring shanks have a stamped line texture around the entirety, and this style of shank is exceptionally comfortable to wear as a single ring, or to stack with other thinner stack rings!
My signature is nestled underneath the band on the thick silver backplate.
Finished with a gunmetal gray patina, brushed for a matte shine.
